Please refer to your manufacturer's warranty information before expecting any job to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please include proof of purchase or, if applicable, receipts from previous repairs to the luggage.
Our repair facility at the MSP store can handle any repair except: zipper replacement and any stitching that cannot be done by hand.
If your bag is not a Travel Pro or Purdy Neat (Luggageworks), then chances are the bag is unrepairable at our facility. Please call and discuss the problem with Paul.

Typical turnaround time can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the type of repair and whether or not the bag needs to go to the manufacturer for repair. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
If at all possible, please avoid using packing peanuts!
Please include contact information with your shipment so Paul can contact you with billing information.
Loaner Bags
For in-store repairs, a loaner bag will be provided at no charge to qualifying customers if your bag needs to stay at our store for repairs.
