Order/Shipping Policy
Stop-Over Store does not guarantee availability of any item on the Web site, although we will try our best to make sure items on the web site match current inventory.
Stop-Over Store reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Orders placed before 12:00pm CST typically will ship the same day the order was made.
Flight Bag orders which require embossing may take 1-2 days to process before shipping. Scott Round Top Flight bags also may require 1-2 days for processing.
Orders for Purdy Neat bags with airline logos or for colors other than black will take 2-4 weeks to get to the customer. These items are considered to be personalized, therefore, not stock items.
Personalized handles take 2-4 weeks to get to the customer. Personalized handles ordered in conjunction with a bag will be shipped separately unless the bag is also personalized, then the personalized handle comes with the bag.
UPS does not deliver or pick up on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm CST may not ship until the following Monday.
An overnight order that ships on Friday will not arrive until Monday.
A 2 Day Air order that ships on Friday will not arrive until Tuesday.
A 3 Day Select order that ships on Friday will not arrive until Wednesday.
The day the order is shipped does not count as day 1.
Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are automatically charged at the 2 Day Air rate.
