Please refer to your manufacturer's warranty information before expecting any job to be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please include proof of purchase or, if applicable, receipts from previous repairs to the luggage.
If your bag is not a Travel Pro or Purdy Neat (Luggageworks), then chances are the bag is un repairable at our facility.
Typical turnaround time can be anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the type of repair and whether or not the bag needs to go to the manufacturer for repair.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
For in-store repairs, a loaner bag will be provided at no charge to qualifying customers if your bag needs to stay at our store for repairs.
