Order / Shipping Policy
Orders qualifying for free shipping option will be shipped free within contiguous US 48 states via best way ground (e.g. UPS GROUND, USPS ) *Special Free Shipping Note* If you return/exchange an order or items in an order and its total value falls below the free shipping minimum, we will charge your account for the original shipment cost.
Expedited shipping options are available in the shipping window. The checkout process it will calculate those cost options. If you have a specific date you need your order by call us and we can assist you in selecting the correct shipment method. Delivery days are Monday through Friday only.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your stuff ASAP! Most Stop-Over Store orders are processed within one to two business days, and then shipped to you immediately, according to your selected shipping method. Please note that uniform items may be delayed. In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.
Note: If the shipping/billing addresses are different your order may be delayed pending order and/or credit approval.

Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped. Note: Custom and drop ship orders may be charged before shipment is sent.
You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. Note: Some orders are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer and a tracking number is not automatically sent. If you call we will be glad to provide you with shipping info.

Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Of course, you'll want to know when your Stop-Over Store stuff is going to arrive on your doorstep so you can plan accordingly. That's why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Note: Some orders are drop shipped direct from the manufacturer and a tracking number is not automatically sent. If you call we will be glad to provide you with shipping info.
If you need to change an order, for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your Stop-Over Store order number or call 866-481-9547, as soon as possible.
We'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. If you contact our Customer Service Department to change your order, it may have shipped already. In that event, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be changed, and you still don't love it after its arrived Ð just return it.
Note: Stop-Over Store reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
