The John Forsyth Short Sleeve Pilot Shirt is 55% Cotton and 45% Polyester broadcloth.  It has two button down flap pockets.  There is a stitched-in pen slot in the left pocket and a pen hole in the right pocket.  Taped seams, cuffed sleeves, and built-in elastic collar expander.
