60-Day Return Period

All unused merchandise (except books and opened software) may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price within 60 days of purchase. Customer must have original receipt or invoice.

Items that are purchased via free shipping

  • If you return a single item from a multiple item order , and it brings total of original order below $149.00. The original order does not qualify for the free shipping. So the return will be processed but credited less the original shipping amount
  • If you return a piece of luggage that was purchased on free shipping option you will be credited less cost of shipping we incurred on original order (Example :  Luggage cost $149.99  Our shipping cost $12 = your credit $137.99 )
  • Note: if you are exchanging a item that you purchased on the free shipping option. We wave the deduction on the shipping from original order

    Restocking/Replacement Fees

    Unless defective, a 20% restocking fee may apply on merchandise that was "personalized" (embossed leather, suitcase embroidery, etc). Replacement charges may apply for missing or used parts, missing original packaging, and missing accessories/literature.

    Note to Customers Regarding Shoes

    Unworn shoes may be returned within the 60-day return period with original receipt. Unless defective, shoes that are unreasonably worn cannot be returned. We highly suggest taking your new shoes home to try out first. If you wear them out of the store then the shoes will likely be too worn to return.

    If you believe your shoes are defective, then we will have to contact the manufacturer to see if they will issue a credit, in which case, we will gladly do an exchange or refund. In some cases, shoes need to be sent to the manufacturer before credit is issued.

    Note to Customers Regarding Shirts

    Unworn shirts may be returned within the 60-day return period with original receipt. Shirts that have been washed or dry-cleaned cannot be returned.

    If you believe your shirt(s) are defective, we will need to contact the manufacturer to see if they will issue a credit, in which case, we will gladly do an exchange or refund. In some cases, the shirt(s) will need to be sent to the manufacturer before credit is issued.

    "One Trip Trial" for Pilot Headsets

    We understand that it is difficult to determine how well you might like a headset without trying it in the cockpit, so we offer a one trip trial period after the purchase of a headset. Try the headset on your next trip and if you are not satisfied, then bring it back for a full refund (less any damaged or missing parts). Ear buds for the Telex 5x5 and the Plantronics MS-50, if used, will be subject to replacement costs.
